Registering on Circkex takes just 2 minutes. on the registration page Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and password. Then verify your account with the OTP sent to your mobile. That's it — your account is ready. Make sure to provide accurate information during registration.

No. Under Circkex's policy, each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found — whether using the same or different details — all accounts will be closed and any funds may be forfeited.

on the login page Click the "Forgot Password?" button on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email and you'll receive a reset link or OTP. You can set a new password in just 2 minutes.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes. Your first withdrawal may take a little longer due to KYC verification. During peak hours, processing can take up to 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳300. You can withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day. VIP members enjoy higher limits.

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours, contact us via live chat and provide your withdrawal ID. Our support team will check the status promptly. Note that missing KYC verification may also be the cause.

If a withdrawal fails, the funds are automatically returned to your Circkex balance. No money is lost. Fix the issue and try again, or reach out to support for assistance.

Betting & Sports

Once placed, bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if the "Bet Edit" or "Cash Out" feature is available, you may be able to partially or fully cash out certain bets.

If a match is cancelled, all bets are fully refunded. If a match is interrupted by rain, the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method — and Circkex honours that result.

A parlay is a single bet that combines multiple selections. If all selections win, the odds are multiplied together for a bigger payout. On the betting page, select multiple markets and enable the parlay option in your Bet Slip.

Circkex displays odds in both decimal and fractional formats. Decimal example: odds of 2.5 means a ৳100 bet returns ৳250 if you win (৳150 profit). Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a greater payout.
